Marketing & Sales
• Develop and implement market plans and sales strategies for sales of Caterpillar products in the Petroleum Sector in Kuwait.

Product Support
• Implement effective product support programs for customers that facilitate quick execution of service requests, and resolution of technical issues.
• Communicate with existing customers to make them aware of product support programs of the company, explain features and advantages of these programs.
• Plan and implement field visits of service technicians to customer sites as per schedule and service requests, ensure technical services provided are of high quality, and follow-up progress of repairs.
• Visit rig sites where Caterpillar products have been commissioned (engines and machines), carry out technical analysis and inspections to verify machines are operating within appropriate range.
• Conducted undercarriage inspections under Customer Track Service program ‘CTS ‘ to detect any wear and enable taking repair / replacement decisions.
• Maintain an extensive customer database that contained all customer information and tracked all interactions between the customer and the company; leveraged the database to maintain frequent contact with customers and capitalized on any new sale opportunities.

Training & Development
• Organize and conduct technical trainings for newly inducted engineers in the organization, train them on features and operations of diesel engines and their components, fuel, lubrication and cooling systems.

• Carried out detailed inspections of the engines’ internal components, measured clearances and compared with specifications given by Caterpillar, identified non-conformance and any defects (damage, cracks, wear, rust) and initiated repairs.
• Managed the workers and staff in the workshop, ensured all necessary tools and equipment to execute the job were available.
• Carried out daily task planning in accordance with repair/overhaul assignments, enforced compliance with safety norms and guidelines.
