 Employees KPI's; Monitor the annual KPI's of departments & employees to ensure the alignment of company strategic objectives with individual objectives.
 HR Surveys; Participates in the development and implementation of different HR surveys and support subsequent action plan.
 Policies & Procedures; Manages, designs, and implements policies and procedures relating to OD, conducts awareness session of HR policies to employees.
 Training Needs Assessment; Conducts TNA workshops with various methodologies to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
 Training Plan; Leads annual training plan development and implementation.
 Internal Training Academy; Leads the internal training academy project, including designing training material, leverage existing programs, observing internal trainers' performance, and maintain updated curriculum database.
 Orientation program; Conducts orientation programs for the new comers to ensure their full awareness with company profile, vision, mission, strategy, policies, procedures, and quality standards for foster positive attitude towards organization.
