In the Rafftech factory.

Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:advanced packaging solutions for (multi-layer Blown film technology) (Egypt) • I deal with the mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems. • I deal with different types of fully automatic machines such as (7 layer and 3 layer Blown film machines, slitter, rite bag, laminator, lamiTEC 1500 Coating machine, ad*star kon sx valve bag welding machine, Starex machine, 42 Alpha loom machine, 4 Conversion line, KON 2002, 3 printing machine, main generator, air compressor, air chiller, water chiller, boiler and big cooling tower). • I developed maintenance plan (weekly, monthly, quarter annual, semi-annual and annual) for the two factories (Convipack factory - RaffTech factory) basic and assistance machines based on the instruction manual, practical experience and repeated problems. • Lead a teamwork to make a required maintenance operation on a various types of machines. • Design and drawing mechanical parts to solve problems.
