My Job Summery as Assistant Chief Accountant included •Handling all suppliers and sales entries. •Assist in the preparation of the end year closing statements. •Responsible for reviewing all invoices/Contracts and posting to accounts. •Audit the performance of branches of Gulf Colours, Correct any mistakes, train and guide cashiers how to deal with selling system. •Prepare monthly reports on the sales and segments revenue. •Responsible for pending cash collateral. •Prepare some correspondences (Arabic/English). •Preparing all credit notes/debit notes for all transactions. •Checking all the outstanding for all receivables and follow it until being paid. •Preparing monthly statements for the branches total sales - cash collections. •Preparing monthly and yearly comparison statements for all the weddings’ services. •Responsible for bank related issues (Cheques, cash withdrawal, cash deposit). •Preparing Cheques payment vouchers for all payments to suppliers and Bank receipt vouchers for credit customers payments. •Prepare cost sheets for each project (Stages – Frames – Wedding & business Cards – Digital Printing – Media processing) either materials from our warehouses stocks or from outside and adding all related external expenses. •Revise Operations Section Orders to Company Sections For Videography, photography, frames, etc... Moreover, assure that all orders are related to the sales invoices and contracts which Issued before and accurately reflected.
My Job Summery as Inventory Control Section Head included •preparation of periodic reports presenting the inventory status and provide recommendations for inventory control issues to support in decision-making. •Costing of stages, tables etc. manufacturing process, estimated and actual costs reports, necessary adjustments for our stock used items or allocation of purchased items. •Preparation of reports and statistics for the management on matters related to the inventory movements, values and sufficiency. •Supervise the implementation of inventory control procedures to ensure that inventory is accurately controlled and reflected in accounting books. •Advises departmental heads and branches managers on the interpretation of the Company’s materials/inventory control policies and procedures. •Contribute in development of the annual budget making sure that inventory items have been incorporated. •Supervise the performance of subordinates and stores keepers and provide periodic feedback. •Contribute to the recruitment of employees within the section in coordination with the Human resources. •Supervise the control of material receipts in warehouses and ensure that receipts are accurately recorded. •Supervise the recording and reconciliation of imported materials so that all related costs are accurately reflected in the accounting books. •Recommend inventory control policies and procedures to make sure that proper controls are in place to follow-up and record inventory transactions. •ensuring proper maintenance of a computerized inventory control system, verifies and approves materials return, reservation and adjustment notes, regular stock clean-up exercises to ensure controlling data / parameters are up-to-date. •Performs other related or similar duties as assigned such as conducting special and trial studies on Company’s inventory to optimize / improve the control system, working methods and effect appropriate decisions. •Revising branches sales, conduction process of their inventories and implementation of approved selling prices.
