Job Details:Collected and analyzed production line health status data from line supervisors using Microsoft Excel to identify losses and develop cost-effective solutions. Calculated daily and monthly production line efficiency, visualizing key insights to support data-driven decision-making for process improvement. Integrated Power BI with master data plans to analyze and visualize production targets, efficiency metrics, and target achievement results. Prepared and delivered weekly presentations summarizing data analysis, highlighting key metrics (e.g., workforce count, line defects) and their impact on production performance. Utilized Minitab and SPSS for production forecasting, providing predictive insights into potential increases, decreases, or stability in factory output. Making dashboards on Power BI about all data that I collected before then analyzing weekly data and explain the details and giving suggestion how to improve our production, efficiency & our company.
