• Job Details:Conducting a nutritional assessment for the identified patient by the screening system according to hospital policy including: anthropometric assessment (height, weight, bmi, mac, mamc and hand dynamometry), clinical assessment (chewing, swallowing, nausea, vomiting, constipation and diarrhea), dietary assessment according to 24h recall, food frequency, food record, likes, dislikes, allergy, estimate nutrition requirements (carbohydrate, protein and fat intake) based on age, sex, level of activity and develop diet according to physician medical nutrition team plan, formulates menu for therapeutic diet based on medical and physical condition of patient and integrates patient’s menus, instructs patients and their families in nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selection, and preparation, engage in research, attend the clinical rounds of the nutrition support team.
