Ensuring compliance with banking contracts and tracking the progress of associated letters of guarantee. Developing a plan to pay government and medical payments, identifying the appropriate banks for these transactions, and initiating internal fund transfers to facilitate these payments. Selecting and configuring the banks to be utilized for company payroll disbursements, conducting a review of the files provided by HR to confirm their adherence to the established plan, and subsequently initiating salary transfers from multiple banks, and preparing checks for the company's cash salaries. Reviewing daily company expenses and ensuring that all supporting documents for each expense are present and signed before disbursement from the treasury. Conducting a reconciliation between the portal and the company's internal system to verify that all purchase invoices have been accurately recorded.
