Technical Office Manager (On-Site)

• Job Details:Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ), prepare shop and coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings, coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various engineering disciplines, attending progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals, quantity survey & managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities, create subcontractors and client invoices, prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution, prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the project consultant.

Technical Office Engineer (On-Site)

• Job Details:Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks, prepare quantity survey for any implemented activities by using computer programs, manage and oversee technical documentation and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, coordinate with project teams to ensure technical requirements are met and resolve any issues that arise, ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work, monitor project progress and provide detailed technical support and recommendations to ensure successful project execution.

Structural Designer

• Job Details:Preparing structural design drawings, making calculations about loads and stresses, monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
