Conduct detailed market research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly. Lead the development and promotion of product portfolios, including electrical conduits, wiring systems, copper and aluminum cables, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer demands. Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and providing ongoing training to maximize performance. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery of products and the development of new solutions that meet market needs. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online promotions, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches, to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client feedback, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong after-sales support.
