- Job Details:Efficiently lead the front office team and provide trainings and instant guidance. Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work. Ensure customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written, are responded to promptly and efficiently. Demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation, as well as the team presentation. Deal with queries from the public and customers. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the hotel.
