Quality & Food Safety Supervisor

• Job Details:Lead monthly meetings with department managers and the general manager to discuss updates on the food safety system. Establish and maintain manufacturing specifications, quality standards, and compliance protocols. Oversee the internal audit process and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Conduct traceability and mock recall tests to validate food safety procedures. Manage the calibration program and ensure proper documentation. Monitor and enforce compliance with HACCP, GMP, and GHP standards. Perform risk assessments and reassessments of HACCP for new and existing products in line with system certifications. Review and update HACCP plans based on process changes from supplier to finished product storage. Verify and validate OPRPs & CCPs on a quarterly basis or as per internal plans. Train new employees on quality and food safety policies and procedures. Develop quality reports and oversee final product evaluations. Ensure prompt implementation of new regulations across all assigned facilities.
