• Job Details:• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions were being recorded. • Processing accounts receivable and issuing invoices, accounts payable,e and performing reconciliation • Updating financial databases on QuickBooks software to ensure that information was accurate and immediately available when needed. • Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals in Excel. • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, assisting with tax filing, and E-invoicing. • Preparing the monthly report and financial statements to assist in the audit process for the audit department.
