• Job Details:1. Using SAP; create Purchase Requisition for the department needs, issue Receipt after technically 2. Participate in implementing and applying 5S procedures on plant. 3. Planning day-to-day work at the plant and distributing work to maintenance technicians. 4. Compile materials and preparation of various reports( Forklift inspection, Chemical of water station, oil analysis and daily report) 5. Following up implementation of Preventive Maintenance procedures for all plant machinery. 6. Regular basis inspection for all machinery for Corrective and Predictive Maintenance. 7. Direct and supervise mechanical, electrical technicians on their daily maintenance work and ensures tasks completeness in accordance to QHSE standards and regulations.. 8. Issue work permits based on the type of tasks and hazards surrounding. 9. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to facilitate work flow of the department. 10. Following up the availability of required spare parts, and tools, maintain inventory log up to date.

Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Monitor and follow up with regular maintenance Horizontal Directional Drilling Machines (Vermeer D100x120- D60x90-D130x150-Loaders - excavator -mixing system -generators). 2. Design and construct unavailable spare parts. 3. Implement regular preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Quality Assurance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Read, understand and interpret maintenance manuals and follow technical data to carry out tasks during diesel engine overhaul of M60/88 tanks and M113/577 armored vehicles. 2. Perform standard component inspections for disassembled parts and replaces defective components during the engine overhaul. 3. Audit the various diesel engine overhaul processes based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements. 4. Inspect overhauled diesel engine main parts: machined crank shafts, reconditioned connecting rods and machined engine blocks. 5. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve problems during testing the overhauled engines on the dynamometer. 6. Lead, train, direct and assist technical, professional staff in measuring and testing the overhauled engine parts. 7. Tabulate data relating to products, processes, materials, and its qualities according to QC workshop plan .
