Production Engineer

• Job Details:Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Leading new equipment commissioning in the production plants and training the production teams. Responsible for process and system quality audits against all standards. Analyzing quality data coming from customer feedback, product control and capability analysis. Creating and following up actions related to continuous improvement in relation to the KPIs results and analysis. Working closely with the manufacturing team to create and update FMEA. Establishing the required action plans to improve final product & customer returns KPIs. Defining the production line balance, defining the routings, tools and BOM, collecting the production stops, calculating OEE and analyzing root causes of productivity and ROTD loss and defining corrective actions. Supporting efficiency and improvement programs concerning product quality, safety, energy & water consumption and maintenance. Monitoring and maintaining the preparation equipment used in the production process, such as chemical reactors and other equipment used in making the raw materials needed for foam. Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of brewing equipment through regular monitoring and preventive maintenance. Ensuring the operation and maintenance of steam boilers in a safe and effective manner. Monitoring steam pressure and temperature in the boiler and ensuring proper operation in accordance with health and safety standards and regulations. Following up and maintenance of cooling towers that cool the water used in the production process. Ensuring adequate air flow and efficient cooling towers to ensure efficient and sustainable water cooling. Head of excellence and facilitator of SHE team inside the factory.
