Supervising my managers, I learned about the basic plan for the year, as if we say that the agreement with client says that during the year I must set the appointed number, which is xxxx, as per this, we are careful to develop the monthly plan for work. Developed my plan, I also learned how our plan is also related to the operation team, where we follow up to what happened during the month, and the number of employees who left such as performance, behavior, resigned, termination, whatever the reason and accordingly we make a plan for the next month where we know the required number as per my way in hiring (KSA), but we need to read the job details in proportion to the job applicant's skills, we hiring the fit not the best.
