• Job Details:Collaborate with government and integrated banks to assess the stability of the banking system. Identify the systemic risks, vulnerabilities and emerging threats to financial stability. Compare the organization’s internal records of cash transactions with those recorded by the bank. Resolve discrepancies arising from timing differences, bank fees, errors, or fraudulent activities. Reconcile accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. Match the amounts recorded in the accounts receivable ledger with the corresponding amounts owed by customers. Coordinate projects within the ministry of health and prevention (mohap), such as tracking and tracing services for medicinal products, health insurance, and crm with multiple private companies. Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and project schedules. Utilize crm systems to collect and store customer information from various sources, providing a comprehensive view of each customer. Manage financial operations using fmis (oracle) to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Handle refund services efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
