Lead the design and analysis of complex structures using advanced analysis software and engineering principles. o Develop solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule and project constraints. o support the technical aspects of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. o Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. o Ensures technical support to the Project Engineering Manager and Project team on issues related to civil/structural engineering. o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, including reviewing their work and providing feedback. o Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. o Stay current with the latest developments in the industry, including new materials, new software and technologies.
