• Job Details:The company is specialized in the construction finishing’s and outdoor solutions for all projects type masterplan. • I’m Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction, finishing, and outdoor solutions sector. • Conducting market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders & big Developers, including architects, contractors, and suppliers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. • Engage with the marketing team to ensure the propositioning strategy for the company on all platforms and market. • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. • Creating technical offers & tender documents including shop drawings, QS , BOQ , and schematic project schedule . • Monitoring industry developments and keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies. • Creating the CRM file for monitoring process of business development and communication with the clients • Reviewed constantly the customer feedback and suggested ways to improve the processes and customer service level which increased the satisfaction rate to more than 95%. • Providing regular reports and updates to top management on business development activities and progress towards goals. • Establishing weekly and monthly meetings for statues update and communicating with technical and operation department.
