• Job Details:Overseeing the implementation of the established storage policy to ensure that inventory is maintained and easy to handle. Oversee the overall operations of the warehouse to ensure that all processes including receiving, storage, inventory management and shipping. Ensure that all orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped in an accurate and timely manner and addressing any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies. Review and follow up the return orders to identify the reasons and to control it. Manage and follow up scanning expire process to remove all products that are near to be expired. Track and manage inventory flow from production to store shelves, ensuring accuracy and minimizing product shortages or overstock. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstock and stockout, ensuring efficient inventory control. Plan, coordinate and monitor the warehouse layout, space utilization and stock levels. Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock check, cycle count, and audits. Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse operations such as implement 5S, ABC analysis, FSN analysis. Monitor performance metrics (warehouse KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, labor productivity and order picking accuracy, inventory turnover, etc. Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipping and operational performances. Conduct frequent safety audits and inspections to ensure warehouse equipment is well maintained. Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards and ensure all employees are following proper safety protocols to minimize accidents or injuries. Supervise and lead warehouse staff (28 of staff) including team scheduling, measure performance evaluation and motivation. Train new hires on warehouse procedures, operational processes and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes. Communicate and resolve any escalated problems related to warehouse along with all concerned parties to ensure smooth work operations.

Warehouse and Logistics Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Lead labors, warehouse supervisors in meeting the needs of the business for both inbound and outbound operations. Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are placed on the correct pallet carry out random inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality. Reporting the effectiveness of department activities, measure, track, and monitor all assigned KPIs. Ensure all equipment's are working well to avoid and delay in work. Observing all shipping plans and giving all requested reports that related to the fleet movements. Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance the production schedule. Supervise logistics, warehouse, distribution operations. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency. Supervise and train warehouse and logistics workforce. Resolve any arising problem or complaints.

Warehouse Keeper and Logistics Coordinator

• Job Details:Responsibility & supervision of receiving the incoming materials, recording batch numbers, issuing goods receipts, labeling, and physical storing according to the defined SOPs. Facilitate providing the QC test samples of the received raw materials together with copies of the receipt documents, vendors COAs and physically manage the return of any rejected from production and according to the FIFO (first in first out) standards. Responsible to manage diligently, safe and hygienic storage of all stored materials in accordance to the standard food safety work instructions & the EHS rules, also to ensure that stored inventory have valid shelf life expiry dates. Lead & enforce the day to day instructions and work activities of the warehouse & dispatch operators to ensure tasks and objectives are met. Prepare the finished product goods for the daily local and export shipment process. Manage administrative & logistics activities of all imported shipments to deliver to plant in time and cost effective. Administrate importation documents in coordination with industrial authorities and customs to collect drawback refunds of exported products. Manage all administrative activities for export shipments in coordination with logistics providers & some departments to ensure most effective freights costs and best service delivery for exports to customer destination. Handle administrative procedures for export incentive process in coordination with finance to deliver the targeted incentive income in relation to exported values through the year. Participate in sales tax coordination process by collection of customs forms related to imported & exported shipments and delivering them to finance department. Participate in the yearly physical count and monitor the inventory by complete counts as requested. Implement a 5S program to make sure that there is a housekeeping highly standard.
