• Job Details:Full management of Sophos endpoint detection & response (EDR), including policy creation, web/application control, peripheral control, and real-time alert monitoring across all endpoints. Fully responsible for Veeam backup & replication infrastructure, including backup scheduling, job configuration, integrity checks, and disaster recovery planning. Developed and implemented a full information security policy based on the CIS benchmark, covering hardening guidelines, access controls, auditing, and endpoint protection strategies. Managed Active Directory (AD) environments: user & group administration, OU structure, and group policy enforcement across the organization. Enforced domain-wide group policy objects (GPOs) to ensure security and compliance consistency. Provided level 1 & 2 technical support, resolved user incidents, maintained hardware, software, printers, and network devices. Supported implementation and monitoring of internal security tools including ManageEngine Vulnerability Plus and YSoft Print Control.
