• Job Details:operate the drawworks and disc brake system during drilling and tripping operations, operate and monitor top drive and rotary equipment, monitor mud pumps and maintain required flow rates and pressures, assist in managing well control situations as per iwcf standards, oversee routine inspection and maintenance of drawworks, disc brakes, and hoisting equipment, report any malfunctions to the driller or toolpusher and coordinate repair activities, maintain proper lubrication and cleanliness of mechanical equipment, enforce compliance with hse procedures and company policies, participate in safety drills and emergency response exercises, maintain accurate drilling logs and daily reports, ensure proper handover to the next shift with clear operational status and instructions.

• Job Details:operate top drive systems and rotary drilling equipment under the supervision of the driller, monitor and adjust drilling parameters to maintain optimal rop and minimize npt, coordinate daily drilling operations, including tripping, casing, and bop pressure tests, maintain accurate drilling records and ensure iwcf procedures are followed, supervise the floor crew and enforce strict compliance with hse standards.
