• Job Details: Planning, organizing and coordinating of the various activities in the Refractory to ensure smooth production and refining activities as per production requirement, to track all EAF, LF & Tundish Refractory materials, additives, under the scope of SMP-Ref section.  Responsible for work for entering of refractory material through plant gate & maintain register for entered refractory materials.  Responsible for minimise production delays through correct selection of resources and equipment to ensure plant availability.  Responsible for update the demand and supply plan based on actual consumptions and plan for timely arrival of materials to prevent interruptions to the production programme.  Responsible for investigate refractory related problems and suggest proper counter measure.  Responsible for update the demand and supply plan based on actual  To help for new materia refractory material aimed at having the optimum cost/ton value of produced steel.  Ensures that purchase requisitions are properly authorized and take action in processing urgent PRS when required.  Responsible for coordinating and conducting section trials.
