Mortgage Finance Executive

• Job Details:Responsible for auditing and reviewing GL accounts related to the department and making a breakdown of them to ensure they are balanced. Reconcile amounts on GL accounts with booking sheets to ensure amounts will be transferred to e-finance. Make any adjusting entries needed due to mistakes in the booking files. Handle any records of transactions used in booking or fees deducted from clients for appraisals or investigations. Dealing with vendors by reviewing their invoices and confirming with the company to prepare electronic tax invoices, then reconciling them with the sheets reviewed to pay fees to the company. Using Excel sheets to prepare daily reports such as report with booked clients to be linked on mortgage finance fund portal, prepare weekly reports such as weekly report to the Central Bank of Egypt including all customers booked by our bank within a week to update our portfolio on Central Bank of Egypt, prepare monthly reports such as compensation report for all customers booked to calculate the difference in rates between affordable rates set by the Central Bank of Egypt and the current corridor rate and send these amounts to the Central Bank of Egypt to gain and receive our revenue from that difference. Communicate with the IT team for any test on the system, for any update, and prepare UAT. Make a full and partial settlement and reschedule for loans booked at the client’s request. Handle secured files with a certificate of deposit (CD) and pledge that CD and link that CD with a loan. Review original clients’ files booked to ensure that all original documents and cheques are received from the branch. Prepare a report with the missing original files that we didn't receive from branches, and ask them officially to provide us with these files as fast as possible. Handle death cases for clients who died before the loan expiry date, so I create a death account for them, calculate the supposed amount that must be returned to heirs from life insurance company and the supposed amount to settle the loan, and make manual entries to transfer these amounts from and to specific accounts. Handle life insurance company invoices from the beginning of calculating the supposed amounts due to the company, till making manual entries to pay those amounts. Prepare credit risk insurance and property insurance reports and send them to Misr Insurance Company to ensure the risk of non-payment of clients and fire and cracking for the property. Deal with insurance companies in case of death or full settlement to send them original insurance policies and collect cheques with amounts supposed to be paid from the insurance company for the rest of the loan maturity, and communicate with these companies to collect cheques as fast as possible. Handle recovery cases to get them the supposed documents, such as cheques from our safes (had a copy of a safe key as custody) for unpaid clients. Handle follow-up mail with all inquiries from the market, branches, and other departments quickly and accurately.
