• Job Details:Led the execution of administrative and service buildings (citizen service complexes) in Qena governorate, working closely with ECB consultants and the Ministry of Housing to ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards. Took part in building two key military training institutes specialized in weapons, ammunition, and chemical warfare. Each structure consisted of four floors with an estimated total built-up area of 6,400 square meters. • Job Details:Managed the execution of 40 residential buildings in 6th of October City under the supervision of Shubra Engineering Consultancy, working for the New Urban Communities Authority. Scope included structural works, finishing activities, and coordination with subcontractors. Supervised the construction of 16 multi-storey buildings and 5 standalone villas in El-Khamail City, delivered for the Ministry of Interior Projects Agency in collaboration with Concept Architecture & Planning Office. Oversaw the delivery of a three-floor commercial mall with a total built-up area of approximately 1,500 square meters, handling layout adjustments, on-site modifications, and resource planning. Directed renovation and efficiency upgrades for a branch of the National Bank of Egypt in Farshout, Qena governorate, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and full compliance with financial sector safety protocols.
