Role 1: Change and Release Manager
Ø Creating technical documents for different teams to assist in the purchasing process of different hardware to fulfill the business requirements of the customer and meet sales/changes target.

Role 2: VPI DSL
Ø Configuring DSL Cisco Routers for customer sites, which includes Layer 2, Layer 3 L2TP and SIA changes.
Ø Full responsibility for getting the router operational for new chassis.
Ø Troubleshooting DSL Cisco routers on Orange network.
Ø Giving Mentorship for DSL Configuration for SIA changes for team members.
Ø Received “Thank You” Card for providing mentorship to my team members.
Role 3: Change Management Specialist:
Ø Handling Major customers urgent and immediate requests for: KPMG, AkzoNobel, Amcor, Kuehne Nagel, Heineken and DSM
Ø Point of contacts for queries and escalations concerning change management
Ø Interacting with major tooling systems for each customer inquiries and requests (ex: Remedy and Service-Now)
Ø Involve in proactive actions to arrest the chronic issues before releasing the change on customer/Orange connection.
Ø Acting as Deputy Manger managing 20+ team members and handling escalations for over 9 global customers
Ø End-to-end ownership of all orders directly received from sales (Pure IPVPN bandwidth changes) accountable for meeting the Target Delivery Date (TDD).
Ø Managed to put a smile on our customer for our 24/7 support.
Ø Expertly handling escalations and taking immediate action to accelerate the resolution to any complain.
Ø Attending weekly CAB calls with customers
Ø Implementing new improvement plans
Ø Liaison with CSM’s, Network Engineers, Security Engineers, CSD’s across Orange network.
