I invaded the market at this company and started to know some new projects whether in North Coast , Ras Sudr and Ain Sokhna and know my competitors ; their weakness and strength points to help me achieving the target every month .


Starting from my first month there , I used to make deals every month and achieve my target . I used to close deals myself .


My first month , I was the top performer over the floor as per number of transfers ( the most important target aspect ) , Number of calls and talk time although I started working after 10 days from the month .


We were offering Marketing services for Australians' who own small business and want to invade the marketing world . I got the highest deal in the company in my Second month .


My second month there , I moved to be with the old team agents and by the end of the month , I was the top performer as per quality , adherence and AHT ( Average Handling Time ) .
