- Responsible for keeping all department reports up to date according to their submission dates.
- Reviews the Bill Of Materials regularly and communicates closely with the Quality Control Department to keep an updated record for the Bill Of Materials.

- Enhanced the design of Finished Goods daily report by adding advanced details to help recipients.
- Enhanced work order sheet design by adding more details by using Microsoft Excel tools like (V-Look up, Concatenate & Pivot Table) to be easy to know exactly produced QTY for any item.
- Created an indexing system to Finished Goods codes arranged in an easy way to be easier for anyone to work on it.
- Enhanced the goods receipt procedure to include an e-mail communication between the customer clearance employee and me to arrange place in warehouse with warehouse team leader for incoming shipments & be sure that all documents of the shipment is available to hurry up the receiving operation.
- Updated Raw Material rejection report by adding more details to be easy to follow up with Purchasing.
- Developed a Module (PPT) explaining all the operations occurring on the system related to Inventory Control, to be used as a reference for current employees and for any newcomers.
