HSE ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:• To assist in maintaining applicable record, reports, certificate and registration document to compliance with applicable legal requirement i.e. CHRA report, PEM Report, Environmental Monitoring Report, etc. • To support operational HSE on daily activities • Confer with management to gain knowledge and conduct training needs assessments to identify educational, awareness and development priorities based on the assessed needs, business impact and available resources; • Develop appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all MHWirth PKFZ personnel and monitor the progress of training completion; • Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency. • Periodic review of local HSE legislation and maintain the legal register up to date • To develop, compile and manage HSE documentation ( checklist, form, plan, procedure ) in accordance with applicable HSEMS requirement and legislation requirement • Periodically review the HSE Operating System in intranet to ensure all document are up to date and fully utilized • Ensure applicable reporting reflected in Synergy as required and are up to date • To develop specific periodical reports for MHWirth Management related to HSE Performance of the Company. This is including but not limited to prepare specific presentation as and when required. • To assist in develop, monitor and administer HSE leading indicator as in HSE Plan. • Responsible to head of HSE in Project and coordinate with other discipline and PMT to fulfil MHWirth and Client HSE requirement • Assist to conduct analysis of HSE Data including unsafe act, unsafe condition, root cause analysis, and other statistical data • To compile and manage the MHWirth HSE statistical analysis documentation • To prepare minutes of meeting, call out for meetings and tracking of open action items for HSE Committee • Assist in development and review of JHA, Risk Assessment, SOP, Work Instruction, etc. • To consolidate and analyse Work Safe Card submission for identification of Unsafe Act and Condition. • To attend to Internal and External Audit and compilation of Audit findings and monitor closure report. • Assist and participate in incident investigation review to determine root cause and provide appropriate corrective action • To highlight any non-conformity or high risk observation to the respective Department PIC and HSE Manager • Conduct related job / duty as assigned by direct superior • To demonstrate through example of high commitment, and alignment with value of MHWirth Vision is to be the preferred partner for all stakeholders, through : HSE Mind-set ● Customer Experience ● Shareholder Value ● Delivering Quality Results ● Customer First ● Employee Engagement

Safety EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible to define, implement and monitor EHS Systems in accordance with First Solar’s policy, regulations and standards. Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of EHS Systems. Responsible for the maintenance of OSHA procedures and records per OSHA standards. Responsible for the training of personnel on EHS requirements and procedures as required. Interfaces with other departments, customer and supplier representatives on EHS issues and feedback for corrective/preventive action. Defines and implements corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities as assigned. Responsible to conduct EHS audits as necessary to ensure compliance and conformance. Evaluate operational performance and injury and safety prevention through jobsite inspections, consultation Provide technical assistance to management and field personnel, relative to injury and incident prevention, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for establishing leading indicator metrics and goals and managing priorities to meet goals. Develop new EHS programs, requirements and guidelines for continuous improvement in ensuring a safe working environment

Manufacturing ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:To plan, coordinate and monitor line control on inventory management, stationary lots, inventory, line balancing and yield To assist in the planning and implementation in response to production loading demands and customer requirements. Work with Manager to plan manufacturing schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas Liaise with engineering and R&D Staff to produce new products and identify possible solutions to manufacturing production issues
