• Job Details:- Chaired the board of directors of SilMinds that included top notch personal. http://www.silminds.com/company-profile/board-of-directors - Led negotiations with Venture Capital firms including Intel Capital, Sawari Ventures and Ideavelopers. - Led senior management of marketing and business development involving putting strategies, implementing plans, market assessment and new products decisions. - Raised funds and ensured positive cash-flow through VC fund raising as well as grants - Managed administrative, legal, and financial functions for SilMinds. - Developed strategies and methods for SilMinds to expand through managing internal operations and hiring key persons. - Represented SilMinds in the Silicon Valley from Feb 2012 till August 2013. - Facilitated the technical product development by avoiding any overlapping between roles and hiring separate legal and financial advisors.
