Summery & General Responsibilities:

1. Manage, Organize & Produce the Packing plan based on Sales forecast in full adherence to “P.Q.C.D.S.M” principals.

3. Ensure efficient operation of Retail Packing by Liaises with the Sales team, Refinery & Maintenance departments.

5. Ensure that minimum levels of stock are maintained in the plant in order to adequately meet Packing targets.
6. Monitor the DCS operation & produces high quality reports based on analyses of trends.
7. Manage packing Sugar handling system.
8. Ensure that the correct packing materials are available & meet company standards.
9. Implement cost saving initiatives wherever possible.
10. Implement Loss elimination systems to reduce wastes.
11. Complete reports & carries out effective communication & handover according to the company standard.

Financial Responsibilities:
1. Packing operation:
 BOM Budget 40M EGP
 Shared Raw Sugar 2.8B EGP
2. Packing Strategic:
 R&M Budget 1.6M EGP
 Capital Expenditure 6M EGP

Operation Duties:
1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of packing operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
2. Monitor teams’ performance taking remedial action where necessary in order to keep a high performance of the team.
3. Promote and ensure safe operations within his team in order to maintain safety standard.
4. Monitor packing losses to eliminate any non-added value or process losses.
5. Monitor operation cost in order to control the monthly budget.

Administrative Duties:
1. All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements.
2. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
3. Manage all the relevant contracting processes.
Supervision of Personnel:
1. Managing 125 employees (managers, supervisors, operators & technicians) with different responsibilities.
2. Manage organization development aspects.
3. Ensure that the company performance management system is correctly applied within the section.

1. Contributing in achieving BRC (British Retail Consortium) with grade A
2. Implementation of main TPM (Total productivity Management) pillars in packing department (Foundation, Team work, 5S, VPM and BCM)
