o Records employee’s data on HRIS.
o Maintain an updated personnel data
o Assisting the HR department with the filing and Indexing system.
o Tracking all new candidates after finishing interviews with acceptance or rejection.
o Keep a copy from all documents.
o Tracking the newly hired contract renewal dates.
o Handling end of Probation Period appraisal.
o Organizing the employees' files and maintaining them.
- Social Insurance:
o Prepare social insurance forms (2), (6) and (1) for the social insurance.
o Prepare emergency and medical cheques on monthly basis.
o Submit statistical form as per government regulations.
- Attendance:
o Preparing attendance report.
o Notify employees if there is any action on monthly basis.
o Prepare the absenteeism rate quarterly reports.
o Produce Absent days/ Late Minutes Report on monthly basis for all Employees.

Compensation and Benefits
- Medical:
o Enroll the new hires and resigned in and from the medical system.
o Prepare all the payments and issues concerned with our in house medical system, Medright and Medright.
o Following up the medical claims for all employees.
o Following up the presents of the Doctor and Admin.
o Searching for new medical service provider by conducting a market survey and contacting different service providers and selecting the best offer.
- Loans:
o Preparing staff, Car and School loans documents for all the staff.

Communication and Employee Relations:
o Assist in staff requests and day to day operations.
o Coordinate and assist in the newly initiated ER projects.
o Self Service induction for employees.
o Issuing HR, Experience discharge and Warning letters.
o Prepare HR letters/ certificates requested by employees.

Recruitment
o Preparing the job Advertisement and contacting different recruitment resources to prepare a pool of candidates.
o Screening CV's from all candidates.
o Preparing a short list of selected candidates & contacting them for a screening interview.
