• Administrate, maintain end users accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Create and handle tickets for Clariant IT global support using ITSM system.
• Managing company assets via ITAM global asset center.

• Ensure and follow efficient of all network services.
• Present technical help for users through remote access.
• Follow up the connections with out Source Company who are supply us by transfer data serves in case of any troubleshooting.
• Monitor our internet connection and servers stability during the off days.

 Interaction and interface with other departments

• Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.
• Track problems and requests and document resolutions for future reference, research questions using available information resources, studying new virus’s techniques in attacking and work on finding new tools to remove them.
• Install Company oracle software, explain it to the users & maintain any errors or report it to the development team.
• Search for new vendors, make contacts and follow up.
• Create all needed reports/ presentations in order to help taking the right decision(s).
• Responsible for warehouses arrangement, stocktaking & supervising in all locations.
• Preparing IT documents for company ISO.
• Other duties as assigned.
