• Job Details: Manage the office Multidisciplinary Design Operations  High Level Interface with Clients at Project Initiation and Main Milestones  Monitor and Control Project Progress  Prepare and Review Office Contracts with Clients and Sub-consultants  Prepare Projects Primary Cost and Time Schedule  Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals  Prepare and issue RFP’s for Sub-consultancy Services  Contracts Disputes Study, Analysis and Liaison with concerned parties  Monitor and Evaluate Staff Performance  Monitor and Control Man Hours consumption versus Project Progress and allocated Budget  Implement Office Quality System

Design Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Review and follow up budget man-hours and time schedules.  Communicate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and other participants.  Coordinate between different engineering disciplines.  Prepare and review transmittals including Drawings Set, Calculation Notes and Design Criteria.

Section ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:o Study new projects, o Follow up design implementation with the section staff. o Perform concept design presentation to obtain client approval and arrange meetings to follow up client requirement during the project progress. o Manage, plan and organize the work within the section including assigning projects to the engineering section staff. o Evaluate section staff performance; prepare evaluation reports. o Evaluate training needs for section staff and prepare training plans o Perform technical interviews for job applicants and provide technical evaluation report to Human Resource Department including recommendations.
