• Job Details:- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to fulfill vacant positions. - Maintaining pipeline for recruitment process in order to fulfill vacancies in timely manner. - Performance Management Process (Putting the KPIS and Following- up on employee performance appraisal cycle with the HQ and employees). - Putting Salary Scale depending on the market research and the Payroll process in the company. - All Personnel Process (Attendance -Fingerprint -Internal Policy –Social Insurance –Investigations). - Visiting various governmental authorities (Social Insurance Office – Workforce Office) and resolve and deficiencies as they arise.
