• Job Details:Appearance before all types of courts in their all degrees, first instance courts and courts of appeal. Preparation of defences, memorandums, legal procedures in civil and criminal lawsuits. Scrutinization, investigation and inspection in offences procedures. Auditing the tax declarations in all field and office stages and analysing the legal status of the establishment and their compliance. Providing legal advice. Rebutting the lawsuits filed against income and sales tax department and following at the bureaus of first instance and appealing courts. Performing auditing works. Auditing self evaluation reports and tax declarations. Preliminary auditing in case of not submitting the self evaluation report and tax declaration. Performing the inspection at worksite and acquaintance on all accountancy records and what are the matters required as per law provisions.

Tax Auditor

• Job Details:Evaluates financial records to determine whether they comply with applicable laws and regulations. Applying accounting principles, examine companies, individuals, institutions and organizations for compliance with federal, state and local tax laws. Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations, analyzing and evaluating accounting systems and tax control units to reduce taxes, maintaining required tax documentation.
