Accounts Payable Associate

• Job Details:Processes AP transactions of the company to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices up until the payment endorsement. Ensures complete details of invoices, processes/prepares check voucher, communicates with team and vendors, manages monthly closing and accruals of accounts payable, monitors balance sheet reconciliation, and performs other related duties.

Accounts Payable Supervisor

• Job Details:Processes AP transactions including service providers, payment to suppliers, and ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices. Checks GRNs, prepares check lists for release of payment, resolves AP issues, manages monthly closing, and performs other related duties.

Senior Accounting Analyst

• Job Details:Responsible for preparation of daily sales report, inventory reports analysis, monitoring store deliveries, conducting inventory counts, and performing other assigned tasks.
