Lead the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. 7. Propose, evaluate, and implement talent management strategies including employee selection, promotion, training, and development to support career growth and organizational success. 8. Design and manage employee compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives. 9.
