• Job Details:as an additional work at the current time i start working as an operation and data entry representative for the company . I add the drilling data doing reports for the market share analyzing the market and comparing our sales with the competitors to evaluate the performance .

• Job Details:My Job is to analyze the inventory reports work on them, finalize the report and make the clearance for any problem each quarter. Inventory and Assets is the core for my job I have to follow up, check availability and to check the needs every while for inside the company and out. I worked on two different systems the TAT and JDE both of them are done to help NOV employees to make demands follow up on the tools track them, and create invoices in case sold to others. The logistic part is about coordinating with the supplier and the freight forwarder to ship NOV product worldwide, I used to revise the quotation analyses them and get the best fare to proceed. Also I work with the warehouse and the free zone to organize the shipments (sending and receiving). This Job is based on the communication skills to get the best offers and to deal with the suppliers and the third parties to finalize all clearance and logistic official work.

• Job Details:Mainly i was Brief the company travel counselor with the necessary information.Attending events & representing the company by preparing our booth, explain our packages and promote them.Attending Workshops by international airlines to build connections and learn about new products. Airlines: • Analyzing emails from the airlines • Filtering important information which come from the Airlines and circulate them. • Following up for the incentive schemes. • Uploading all the important data on the system (Intranet: internal system) so the staff could refer back to it. • Following up with the staff to explain, train and brief them with the latest news regarding the airlines. • Summarizing the important issues and circulate them to all the staff (commission summary , memos ) Hotels: • Following up the new offers with the hotels. • Negotiate to get the best rates (Prices) to promote them. • Negotiate with the Suppliers to be on a credit basis with our company so it will facilitate our work together.(Contracting) Hertz: • It’s a car rental company; I’m presenting the sales person of Hertz as Amex was the GSA for hertz international Egypt. • Promoting the new rates trying to presenting to the market the best rates.
