        • Job Details:Description : Product manager is mainly responsible for setting up the market plan for all line's products, assigning the sales forecast and making all necessary follow-up to ensure implementation of the marketing strategy. Main Responsibilities Marketing activities:  Set up the products' forecast for the coming year taking into consideration the target growth rate, competitor penetration strategy, product profitability, product trend, market growth rate & IMS reports.  Set up the marketing plan required to achieve these targets including promotions, seminars, samples, procures, advertising campaigns & their corresponding budget expenses.  Follow up with marketing requisitions with purchasing department since supplier selection, supplier validation, items approval and the whole purchasing cycle till receiving of required items  Reporting actual sales reports (both in market and to market) versus target sales with justification and findings on monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis.  Making necessary updates for the products' forecast & accordingly the updated marketing plans on quarterly or semiannually basis.  Acting as entrepreneur for new products development and giving all possible suggestion for expected marketing plans, target sales and pricing, also communicating with both R&D and commercial departments through attending new products' committee.  Ensure the implementation of marketing and sales activities on daily basis.  Contributing to the products' packaging material design either for developing current or new products.  Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Other activities:  Participate as a staff advisor for sales team concerning sales activity & strategy.  Dealing with customer complaints& follow up with its analysis& problem closure.  Coaching of sales team through double visits with sales representatives to ensure signal positioning to the physicians& collection of reliable data concerning products' technical issues.  Training of new coming sales representatives for attaining marketing objectives in addition to refreshing training for old team to show new marketing trends.
