• Job Details:* Create daily report for open purchase requisitions. * Receiving Purchase requests and initiate the RFQ, benchmark the market for requests , do the analysis , negotiate and generate savings * Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development * Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed * Follow up on work progress * Negotiate prices, contracts and terms with suppliers. * Follow-up supplier payments according to the due dates with finance department _ Using ,Oracle system.

• Job Details:• Issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers. • Create daily report for open purchase requisitions. • Receiving Purchase requests and initiate the RFQ, benchmark the market for requests , do the analysis , negotiate and generate savings • Define and monitor action plan when needed in coordination with Sourcing and Quality • Evaluate suppliers’ delivery performance (OTIF) and create improvement action plans. • Coordinate and ensure that our suppliers are meeting our plan for quality improvement. • Follow up good receipts with warehouse team to ensure smooth flow of data of orders. • Update the purchasing follow-up reports on a periodic basis. • Follow up payments processes with Finance department to ensure on-time payments with suppliers. • Follow-up backlog orders with suppliers • Follow up deliveries’ timeline with project managers and requesters. • Liaise with the suppliers on the delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. • Ensure the company Health and Safety regulations will be implemented throughout any activity conducted by the suppliers on site. • Support logistics team with the all the data needed for the shipment delivery for Offshore materials - Using SAP System
