• Job Details:Provide remote technical support and break fix services for customers at more than 4000 hotels worldwide. . Using of ITIL incident (Calls/Mails), problem & change management. . Provide any requested work reports that disclosure work facts and strange work issues. . Provide troubleshoot on several network devices including Wireless Mobility Controllers. . Working on Linux servers (CentOS distribution) that holds OVI system (HSIA Management system with PMS interface) and OVM (IPTV system). . Working on several IPTV stream server (Triax, ETVi IPTV, FloodGate ... Etc.). . Working on VOD servers.
