Job Details:Lead a team of civil technicians on-site, providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship. Conduct daily monitoring of site activities, promptly identifying and addressing issues to maintain workflow. Dealing with consultants and clients on a daily basis. Ensuring safety on site. Prepare and manage material request forms (MRFs) to ensure timely procurement of required materials. Responsible for raising and submitting work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. Possess strong knowledge of civil materials. Coordinate and follow up with non-civil teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project progress. Preparing daily progress report (DPR). Performing pre-inspections of materials. Technical supervision of the ongoing civil work. Ensure safety on site, coordinating with other departments for site activities. Attending internal meetings with owners. Performing pre-inspections of materials and executed work. Providing technical advice to construction & project manager and solving problems on site. Implement corrective actions for quality issues. Issuing internal site observation reports to the subcontractors team. Attending walkthroughs and weekly meetings with construction team, subcontractors. Keeping the record of all reports, tests results and documents related to maintenance work. To check the quality of material received.

Job Details:Extensively involved in execution work and executed site related activities concerning civil projects. Checking drawings and specifications to identify items and ensure that they are followed. Routine inspection of construction work to ensure quality in construction. On site building material test and wastage control of construction materials. Witnessing different tests like slump test, concrete temperature test, sand silt content test, compressive strength test of concrete, water absorption test of bricks, bulking of sand test etc. Keeping the record of all reports, tests results and documents related to construction work. Managing construction site activities. Supervise casting of various RCC and PCC members. Excavation of earth for placing of footing according to the specifications and approved drawings. Played a major role in layout work (center line and brickwork). Quantity surveying of construction materials by MS Excel & AutoCAD. To check the quality of material received. Center line layout of columns. Ensure all construction activities meet industry and regulatory standards. Witnessing different quality tests at site. Dealing with consultants and clients on daily basis. Ensuring safety on site. Site investigation.
