• Job Details:•Overall responsibility for the management and supervision of the condition of the equipment •Manage equipment workshop functions for repairs and preventive maintenance and servicing according to manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations. •Supervision of programmed and preventive maintenance activities, execution of maintenance schedules •Ensuring the availability of tools, spare parts and consumables. •Formulate long term plans and objectives to manage the efficiency of the Workshop and reduce downtime. •Make recommendations to the Management regarding the acquisition and disposal of equipment and vehicles. •Advice on technical matters related to equipment and machinery. •Coordinate with head office to finalize purchases for new equipment/vehicles and parts . •Develop, review and approve procedures and practices for the efficient operation of the workshop within the Company’s guidelines and framework.

And preparing a power point presentation for the customer showing him the main problems in his machines. •Measuring all the undercarriage component and advice the customer with the expected wear life and how to increase it. •Updating the customer with the new programs from caterpillar and the new offers and services from Zahid tractor CO. •Using all the previous tools for increasing the Spare parts and maintenance sales
