• Job Details:Manage infrastructure operations team, ensuring optimal performance and availability of IT services. Develop business cases and budgets for IT projects and initiatives. Implement automation scripts and playbooks for routine tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention. Lead Linux Engineer

• Job Details:Manage OS infrastructure upgrade, expansion, scaling, troubleshoot and debugging for dedicated clients/tickets per day/week/year on most challenging, complex environment. Build, test and deploy physical or virtual Linux, AIX and Solaris servers. Create processes and identify tools that enhance operational workflow and that improve internal and external customer impact. Administration of OpenStack infrastructures like user, image, servers, network, management and troubleshooting. Participate in engineering, deploying, and maintaining new solutions and services for internal customers. Systems security through CIS or other hardening tools. Configuration management – Ansible/CMDB. Operating systems standards. Develop Linux/Bash/other scripts and tools to aid development operations. Kernel performance tuning and general OS layer troubleshooting. Troubleshooting difficult problems, sharing knowledge and mentoring others. Load balancing, VIP configurations, cluster configuration (Veritas cluster). Provision of new and updated documentation and knowledge articles. Collaborates on architectural framework for system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts. Deployment of Linux system in Azure cloud.

Sr System Engineer

• Job Details:Supporting as L3 engineer to dedicated project 1200+ Linux and HP-UX servers all over globe. NGDM (New Generation Delivery Module) working on different roles as incident/duty manager, change manager, problem manager. Provision of new and updated documentation and knowledge articles. Cluster service configuration Veritas Storage Foundation and Service Guard. Troubleshooting difficult problems/incidents escalated by L2/L1 team members. Shell scripting proficiency – Bash. Data replication tool - Double-Take installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Sharing knowledge and mentoring L2/L1. Understanding of orchestration tools (Puppet, Ansible, HPSA). Build, test and deploy instances on AWS cloud environment as per client requirement. Maintained, support critical DNS, LDAP, Samba, FTP service system and global monitoring. Participation on disaster recovery plans and documentation and test execution.
