Achievements:-
• I implemented a business turnaround dealing with Egypt revolution turbulences in 2011. Many market changes and vulnerabilities took place in the market. As a leader, I had to cope with these changes proactively in making a total business turnaround.

• I managed to improve the value chain for efficient utilization of working capital, streamlining supply chain, high quality product development allowing for margin increase. Although 2011 was not a profitable year, however with my team and the learning curve we went through, I managed to make 2012 a profitable one, not only this but succeeded to sell the operation at a descent multiplier.
