Senior A/R Accountant

• Job Details:Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Handle day-to-day cash management at the delivery station. Reconcile daily cash at the courier level and close debrief. Support operations and finance with data and controllership. Prepare, deliver and lead site communications. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is no change. Approve the workflow of PDC's creation received from sales operations. Process visa POS machines and issue related receipts on Oracle according to each project/entity. Match the received cash/cheques physically with those recorded on the system and attach the related supporting documents. Acting as an AR control point regarding receiving (HO & transfer of ownership) related transactions. Coordinating with management on cash-receiving requests. Adherence to the company’s policy & procedures regarding cash & PDC receiving. Adherence to the company’s policy & procedures regarding cash room protocol.

Customer Support Representative

• Job Details:Handling customers' issues with efficiency and proper way. Receiving clients, providing them with financial services, and offering them bank products such as loans and credit cards. Making calls daily to bring customers and achieve the target.

A/R Cash Accountant

• Job Details:Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Collect payments, whether in cash or credit. Receiving customer checks and recording them on Oracle.
