First point of contact for account opening process checking new customer's' eligibility to open a business account and making sure they meet the initial due diligence criteria. Dealing with existing account opening applications and a point of contact between the account opening team and the business.

Providing our clients with all packages' details and taking information needed from them. Handling payments, refunds and packages' renewal reminders via texts and emails. Marketing for new offers and packages for existing customers. Tracking payments and packages to provide needed updates to improve upcoming packages and new offers. Handling complaints and raising feedbacks to the higher management.
