Workshop Controller (Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Head)Full Time

• Job Details:• Workshop team management - leads vehicle maintenance workshop to meet daily/weekly/monthly preventive and corrective maintenance goal. • Corrective and preventive maintenance schedule/forecasting - prepared, implemented and monitored vehicle periodic maintenance schedule (using ERP Oracle fleet management software for Planned Preventive Maintenance). • Material inventory forecasting - prepared inventories of needed spare parts and orders for vehicles/heavy equipment under repair and as a forecast for planned preventive maintenance. • Budget preparation and management - prepared and managed maintenance department budget. Identify areas of expenses reduction opportunities without trading-off reliability and safety. • Vendor/supplier coordination - managed/maintained relationship with spare parts supplier and service providers. • Assisted in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for vehicle maintenance using known best practices. • Enforced safety rules and regulation in the vehicle maintenance workshop. • Prepared reports (weekly, monthly, and special reports) as required by the client and/or Averda management.

Vehicle Maintenance SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Developed, executed, and monitored preventive & corrective maintenance program for project/company vehicle fleet. • Assigned task to maintenance personnel, monitor progress, and follow-up on completion as per set guidelines & deadline. • Materials management – analyzed spare parts and materials requirements and build inventory program. • Maximized utilization of available warranty coverage for the recovery of expenses. • Enforced safety rules and regulation in vehicle maintenance workshop. • Acted as an integral member of the vehicle maintenance department management team and participate in planning and oversight activities on a regular basis.
