• Job Details:Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery. Issue purchase orders based on material requirements and approved requisitions. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to plan procurement activities effectively. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings. Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and received goods. Prepare procurement reports and support internal audits with relevant documentation.
