o Key integrating function across supply chain and supply chain Finance role requiring both significant cross functional process based strategic thinking and people and peer management savvy to help implement new programs that nearly always cross groups for better overall results .

o Inventory Days : Partner with SC Planning Team & S&OP/Commercial Operations in forecasting inventory days and value and assist them to better understand and ultimately reach Plan quarterly inventory targets.
o Obsolescence : forecast and call out risk to the P&L and offer options to obviate. Coordinate with teams to better understand and reduce P&L charges. Help create and drive actions for improvement and push for needed but unpopular actions like ‘closed to buy’ reduction of safety stocks, changes in service level agreements and champion full visibility and full implications of such significant actions as needed.
o Margin Analysis : Work with CBU to explain actual vs. forecasted margin variances, financial adjustments, inventory adjustments, COGS drivers affecting inventory days calculations and effectiveness for actions like closed to buy.
o Other : Consolidate EMEA data (~38 countries, 6 clusters) and issue targets, track progress and provide monthly reports to Regional Commercial operations/Supply Chain/Finance and Global Finance to help manage management and cash flow targets .
o Handle ad hoc senior management requests.
